1 cup oil
1/2 C Salsa tampiquena (I use any mexican pico de gallo or salsa, preferably herdez. can use green)
2 big cloves garlic (I use at least 4 and grate the garlic)
Juice of 2 limes
Fiesta brand chicken fajita seasoning (Key to the recipe)
Chicken breasts
Rub the chicken or flank steak with fajita seasoning
Mix all marinade ingredients
Put chicken in a ziploc with the marinade for 6-8 hours
