2 pkg (8 oz) crescent rolls
1/2 lb sliced salami
1/2 lb sliced provolone
1/2 lb sliced ham
7 eggs
1 cup grated parm
2 jars roasted red peppers or jalepeno slices (may want to reduce for a hotter pepper)

Heat ove to 350
coat 13x9x2 baking dish (or similar) pand with nonstick cooking spray. Unroll 1 pkg of the crescent rolls and use dough to line the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Pinch seams together with fingers.
cover rolls with salami, provolone, ham. Lightly beat 6 of the eggs and parmesa, pour 1/2 of the mixture evenly over the top. Top with half the peppers. Repeat the layering of meats, eggs and peppers.
Top with the remaining crescent roll. Beat the remaining egg and brush over top. Cover dish with foil. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Uncover and cook 30 more minutes. Cool for 1 hour and cut into squares.
