1 Cup Flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1 cup brown sugar packed
1 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 Tbsp milk
1 egg
1/4 cup raisins or nuts
Heat oven to 375. Lightly grease baking sheet.
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ginger.
Add sugar and oats
Mix in oil, milk, egg.
Stir in raisins/nuts.
Drop dough by rounded tsp 2" apart. Bake about 10 minutes, cool on a wire rack.
