Ghee: 3 Tbsps
1 cup onion finely chopped
minced garlic, 1 Tbsp
fresh ginger root finely chopped 1x4 inches
1 1/2 lb skinless chicken 1 inch cubes
Curry powder 1 Tbsp
Garam Masala 1 Tsp
Ground Fennel 1 Tsp
Ground Cayenne 1 Tbsp
Water 1/4 cup
6 Habanero peppers finely chopped
6 Serrano peppers finely chopped
2 cups chopped Roma Tomatoes

Heat Gee in heavy bottom pan, add onion and fry about 5 minutes
Add garlic and ginger and fry another minute
Add chicken fry till chicken starts to brown
Add curry powder, fennel, graham marsala and cayenne, fry 1 minute
Add water and cook till the water is gone, about 8 minutes
Add peppers and tomatoes fry until tomatoes are pulverized, about 10 minutes

If chicken is not done, add 1/4 cup of water and cook covered until its done

This is hot, deveining peppers will help, serve with rice, yogurt can kill the burn.
