Place the whiskey in a smoker dish (you want to try and maximize the surface area, since thats where the flavor get injected
Fire up the Bradley Smoker, smoke only, no heat.
When Smoke is generating, put the dish in the smoker.
Let smoke for 30-40 minutes, gently shake every 10 minutes to allow distribution in the liquid.
Remove and let cool, in general smoke flavor will intensify over the next day or two. |
