16 oz salmon diced
Salt/Pepper
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons whole-grain mustard
2 Tablespoons pureed onion
1/8 cup panko (Japanese-style bread crumbs) or fine dried bread crumbs
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
Combine ingredients, form into patties. Press patties into additional breadcrumbs, and then pan fry.
