Pulled Pork or pulled smoked chicken
Anaheim/Poblanos
Queso Fresco
green Onions

saute minced onion and 1 clove of garlic in a bit of oil
add 2 cups of chicken broth
1 cup tomato sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
simmer 10 minutes

Batter
4 egg whites whipped
add 4 TBs of flour,
then fold in the 4 beaten egg yolks

Filling
Combine Cheese, diced onion and Pork/chicken

Make the sauce per instructions in ingredients

Stuffing
Roast the pepepers and let steam till cool. Peel, split open and stuff with the mixture. Lightly flour.

Cook
Heat the frying pan with some oil to fry
Batter (coat the bottom place in pan and spoon batter over top and cook till done.
Or
take a 9x13 pan, preheat oven to 350. Pour half the batter in the pan, arrange the chiles, spoon the remaining batter over and place in oven till golden brown.
