6 cloves garlic mashed
1 Tbsp coarse salt
Juice of 1 lemon
1 Tbsp molho picante (hot chili sauce)
1 cup wine (chardonnay)
5 lb's pork ribs
favorite BBQ sauce

1. In non reactive bowl combine garlic, salt, lemon juice, chili sauce and wine.
2. separate ribs and place in bowl and toss to coat thoroughly. Double the marinade if needed.
3. Marinade 24-36 hours.
4. Grill 1/2 hour on low
5. Sauce and grill 15-30 minutes
