2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 sweet red pepper, diced
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 7 oz. jar roasted red peppers, drained, diced
1/2 pound linguine, cooked
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
salt and pepper


Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, bell pepper, crushed pepper, and saute until bell pepper softens. Remove from heat. Add roasted peppers, linguine, 1/2 cup Parmesan and toss. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with parsley.
