1 1/2 lb whitefish (flounder, haddock, scrod)
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup butter
1 Tbsp cider vinegar
1 Tbsp Worcestershire
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp prepared mustard

Preheat oven to 350. Dredge fillets in bread crumbs and arrange in single layre in 8x14 baking dish.
In saucepan melt butter with the vinegar, worcestershire, lemon juice and mustard. Pour sauce over the fish. Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 20 minutes, basting every 5 minutes.
