1 lb ground pork (slightly fatty) or ground chicken
1/2 cup shrimp well mashed
1/2 cup onion chopped
3 cups carrot chopped
1 egg
1 small pack of chinese vermicelli
1 bag of egg roll paper (25 pieces)
1/4 tsp monosodium glutamate
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp soy sauce

Sok vermicelli in water about 10 minutes to soften, cut into 1 inch pieces. The egg roll paper must be frozen if they are not yet used to keep them soft. Leave them out about 10 minutes before use.
Mix ground pork and shrimp together, then add in carrot, oinion, vermicelli and egg, mix and add everything else.
Put a Tbsp of the mix in the center of the paper, close the wrappers.
Deep fry in boiling oil (375) for 7-10 minutes, until they are golden and drain to paper towels.
