Sauce
2 cans whole tomatoes (red pack), blend well
garlic (lots) minced/sliced
red pepper flakes (lots)
basil

Calamari

Heat some olive oil in a sauce pot, brown the garlic. Add the tomatoes, red pepper and basil. Let simmer several hours. Thaw the calamari, rinse and cut into rings. About 1/2 hour before serving add calamari to the sauce and cook on Very Low (you can turn off).
