1/4 tsp finely shredded orangge peel (optional)
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup pineapple juice
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp honey
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cloves garlic minced

Combine ingredeints, add tenderloin and mixture to a ziploc. chill 6-24 hours, shaking occassionally. If you want to use the marinade as a sauce, transfer to a saucepan, stir in 1 Tbsp cornstarch, cook and stir till thickened/bubbly. Cool and stir 2 minutes more.
