Flast or Point Cut Corned Beef
1 large onion
1 large orange sliced
2 Tbsp pickling spice
1/2 cup water
2 bay leaves
1 can/bottle dark beer

Line baking dish with foil
Place corn beef and all ingrients in foil, fold up tight
Bake at 350 1 hour per lb.
