2 tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. tequila, warm
1/2 c. sour cream
Salt and white pepper to taste
Melt butter in skillet. Saute mushrooms until golden. Warm tequila, pour over mushrooms. Ignite, put out flame with sour cream. Season with salt and white pepper. Serve along side steak.
