| 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced 1/2 c. tequila, warm 1/2 c. sour cream Salt and white pepper to taste | |
| Melt butter in skillet. Saute mushrooms until golden. Warm tequila, pour over mushrooms. Ignite, put out flame with sour cream. Season with salt and white pepper. Serve along side steak. | |
