2 (or more) lobsters
2 tablespoons lemongrass, minced
3 tablespoons ginger, minced
1 tablespoon fresh chili, minced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
7 cups lobster or chicken stock
1 lime
2 tablespoons fish sauce
2 teaspoons sugar
Cilantro leaves

1. Start by cooking lemongrass, ginge and fresh chili in vegetable oil. 2. Add stock. 3. Add juice of the lime, fish sauce and sugar. 4. Garnish: Cliantro leaves.
