2 8oz pkgs cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
Nill Vanilla wafer for crust (or graham crackers with sugar)
Mix all ingredients with beater (except cookies). Put wafer/graham in bottom of muffin tins. Pour batter 3/4 full into cups. Bake 15-20 minutes at 375. Add cherry pie filling on top if desired. Let cook and then remove from tin.
