| 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1 cup sour cream 3 Tbsp half and half 4 oz shredded monterey jack cheese 4 oz shredded swiss cheese 8 slices bacon | |
| Cook and chop bacon. Mix spinach,cheeses, 1/3 bacon, mayonnaise, sour cream and half and half. Spread in 10" round baking dish. Sprinkle bacon on top. Bake in 350 oven for 15-20 minutes. | |
