paprika and garlic powder
3 large baking potatoes (russet or Idaho) -cleaned in wedges
1/4 cup crisco oil
salt/pepper
grated parmesan (optional)
sour cream (optional)

Heat oven to 425. Blot the potatoes with a paper towel. Pour oil into bowl, toss with potatoes. Put Potatoes in 13x9x2 pan cut side up in a single layer. Sprinkle with paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper and parmexan. Bake for 30-60 minutes till fork tender. Serve plain or with sour cream.
