9 med sweet potatoes
1 stick butter
sugar to taste
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
nutmeg, cinnamon, peacns
milk
marshmellows.
Bake potatoes, peel while hot and mash, stir in a little milk to make smooth not soupy over low heat. Stir in remaining ingredents (except mashmellows). Place in souffle dish, top with marshmellows, bake at 325 until marshmellows are golden brown.
