1 1/2 cup crico (scant less)
1 3/4 cup chunky peanut butter (you could use creamy)
1 lb dark brown sugar (2 cups)
2 large eggs
1 cup white sugar
1 Tbsp baking soda
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 heaping tsp salt
4 cups unsifted flour
2 Tbsp real vanilla
Preheat oven to 400
Dump all ingredients in a large stainless steel bowl. Cut with a knife and then really knead with both hands. Pinch off walnut size chunks round with palms. Place in 3 rows, 3 to a row. Criss cross flat with large stainless fork. Sprinkle with colored sugar. Bake 2 sheets a time, 8-10 (our oven is about 8) minute minimum, do not open the door. They should crinkle and have lightly browned edges.
