Mix the yogurt, sour cream, garlic, and salt/pepper to form the base. Add curry, garlic powder, grated onion and mix well.
For the artichoke, cut off the base, snip leaves, stand upright in saucepan. Add 3" boiling water, salt, garlic.. Boil 35-45 min till base is soft. Drain upside down till cool. Remove fuzzy core. Serve with the dip |
