Thanksgiving 2018

2 lb green beans
3 cloves garlic (finely minced)
2 Tbsps lemon zest
1/4 cup fresh Italian flat leaf parsley (finely minced)
3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
1/4 cup parmesan

In a small bowl combine parsley, garlic, lemon zest and parmesan. Set aside.

Brian a 6 Quart pot with 3 quarts salted water, bring to boil. Add the beans cook till crip tender (3-5 minutes). Drain thoroughly and transfer to a large bowl. Toss the beans with olive oil to coat and then with Gremolata mixture Season with salt/pepper.
