Breakfast


12 pieces white bread cubed
10 oz cheddar cheese grated
1 lb hot sausage browned (lose sausage)
3 green onions chopped
6 eggs
3 cups milk
1 tsp dry mustard
salt/pepper
1 stick margerine melted


Layer bread, cheese, sasusage and onion in a 9x13 casserole. Beat together the eggs, milk, mustard and salt/pepper. Pour over the casserole. Pour margerine over casserole. Refrigerate at least 12 hours before baking. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes uncovered. Serve warm.
