1- 1 1/2 cup elbow (cooked per package)
1 lb ground beef
4 Tbsp flour
28 oz crushed tomatoes
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp italian seasoning
brown beef, drain and stir in flour. Mix tomatoes, salt, soy, sugar, italian seasoning, mix well. Put beef in casserole dish, stir in tomato mixture and bake 350 for 1/2 hour.
