2 cups cream style cottage cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 egg lightly beaten
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 cups shredded cheddar
1 cup elbow macaroni cooked and drained
Paprika to taste

Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl combine cottage cheese, sour cream, egg, salt, and pepper. Gradually stir in cheddar Add the cooked macaroni and stir weel. Spoon into buttered 2 qt casseroled dish or 9 inch square baking dish. Cover and bake 45 minutes. Uncover sprinkle with paprika and bake an additional 5 minutes.
