| 1 liter bottle of coke BBQ sauce of choice 2-3 racks of ribs | |
| Preheat oven to 350 Place ribs on rack and cover pan up to bottom of rack with coke. Cook 2 hours at 350 cover in foil. Remove foil, coat with BBq sauce and cook an additional 30 minutes. | |
