■3 oz Irish Oak Smoked Salmon
4 boxty blinis (2 inch boxty rounds flash fried until golden brown)
2 oz Prepared creamy horseradish dressing
1 oz chopped green onion
1 oz capers
1 oz chopped red onion

1.Place four boxty blini�s on a plate
2.Pile with strips of smoked salmon
3.Top with horseradish cream, chopped red onion, green onion and capers
4.Serve at room temperature
