- 8 oz whole edamame
- 2 tbsp. sake (or apple cider vinegar)
- 2 tbsp. oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp. sriracha (Thai hot sauce)
- 1 tsp. seasame oil
Place all items in a hot saute pan. Cook on high heat until sauce coats all pods evenly, tossing and stirring frequently for 3 to 5 min. Allow 5 min. to cool before serving.
