Chicken Broth
1 egg
1 Tbsp corn starch
1 Tbsp sherry
1 scallion

Heat chicken broth to boil. Mix cornstarch and sherry together. When broth boil turn down heand and add cornstarch mixture. Stir gently until soup thickens. Beat egg lightly. When soup is thick turn off heat and stir gently and pour in the egg. Chop scallion and add to soup when serving.
