| 1 pkg. (18.5 oz.) chocolate cake mix with pudding in mix 1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa 3 eggs 1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise 1 1/3 c. water ULTIMATE CHOCOLATE FROSTING: 6 tbsp. butter 3 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar 3/4 c. cocoa 1 tsp. vanilla 6-7 tbsp. milk | |
| Grease and flour 2 or 3 (9 inch) layer cake pans. In large bowl with mixer on low speed beat together cake mix and cocoa. Add remaining ingredients; beat just until blended. Beat at high speed (portable mixer) 2 minutes. Pour into pans. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until done. Frosting: Beat butter in small bowl to soften. Add cocoa/confectioners' sugar alternately with milk. Beat until of spreading consistency. Add vanilla. | |
