1½ ounces gin, such as Hendrick's ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice ¾ ounce simple syrup 2 ounces Champagne Long spiral lemon twist (for serving)
Method
Mix the first 4 ingredients well, serve in a tall white wine glass and top with the garnish.
