1 lb bag Cheese Tortellini (not meat) – Spinach or White – Colorful is good!
1 box fresh mushrooms
1 can black olives, pitted
1 jar vinegar peppers (sweet red peppers)
1 onion

Boil Tortellini to directions, drain and cool.

Wash mushrooms, cut off bottoms of stems

Clean peppers, take out seeds. Sliver and piece.

Slice onion.

Rinse olives in water.

Put all in the bowl, except tortellini, and mix.

Add tortellini – MAKE COLORFUL.

Sprinkle salt and pepper.

Add olive oil. And then a little white vinegar – not a lot!
