Smoker


- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 lb sweet sausage (bulk)
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp of your favorite pork rub
- 2 diced jalapeƱos (more if you want it spicier)
- pinch of salt

Form into balls then put a small cube of cheese inside. I used Cooper Sharp but you can really use whatever you want. Form the ball around the cheese.
Smoke at 235 for an hour or so until done. Sprinkle with finishing salt. Super easy and really delicious!
