2 tomatoes chopped
1/4 of onion Chopped
3 cloves of garlic minced
a can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce of 3.5 oz.
5 saladas crackers (or any salty, lightly flavored cracker)

Fry tomato onion and garlic in casserole over medium heat for 2 minutes
Add the chipotle with 1/2 cup of water and cook for another 5 minutes cool
Blend it with the crackers (you can use an immersion blender or food processor)
Fry the sauce again until it boils add salt To taste
