toss shrimp with buttermilk,
blend corn starch, jalapeño-powder flour and some blackening spice.
coat shrimp with the blend
make sauce with Mayo, thai chili sauce, sambal, siracha and lemon juice
Coast shrimp in the sauce
drizzled with yuzu aioli and topped with toasted black sesame seeds
You can serve standalone or on a bed of shredded cabbage (napa)
