8 oz cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 package bacon
8 oz shredded monterey jack
8 oz shredded pepper jack
3 cans of canned sweet corn
1 can diced green chilies
1 jalapeno diced (can be pickled)

Preheat smoker to 350
Cook bacon drain and chop/crumble
drain corn and in a bowl add corn, chilies, jalapeno
Season with salt/pepper/garlic powder/onion powder
In you skillet, place the cream cheese, mixture, bacon, cheeses and sour cream. Mix so everything is blended.
Place in smoker for 1 hour, stirring at the halfway point.
Remove and enjoy!
