Ground Pork (make sure there is some fat)
Equal parts of the below do 1Tsp per lb of each
Fresh Garlic
Granulated Garlic
Paprika
Onion Powder
Black pepper
Salt

Thoroughly mix the ingredients, you can stuff it, make it into a patty, or put in a load/9x13 pan and cook at 400 for 2 hours. You can slice the loaf and break up (for like a philly cheese steak)
