nice piece of tuna redfish blackening seasoning or old bay oil (avocado or evo) | |
Cut tuna into large bite size chunks. in a bowl add oil and mix to cover tuna. Remove tuna to a cutting board and liberally cover with blackening seasoning. Heat oil in pan till very hot, but not smoking Sear tuna on all sides for about 6-10 minutes total, Tuna should be seared but rare internally.
