1 piece of tuna (about 1 cup)
blackening seasoning or old bay
1/4 cup mayo
1 tsp old bay seasoning
1/2 tsp dill
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp sea salt

cut the tuna into large equal size chunks and place in a bowl. add some avocado oil and stir to coat. place on a cutting board and season liberally with blackening seasoning.

Heat oil in pan till very hot, but not smoking Sear tuna on all sides for about 5-10 minutes total (tuna should be rare).

In a bowl, chop up cooked tuna with a fork or whisk. Add remaining ingredients stirring until well mixed. Can be served warm or chilled. Its best to let it set a while so the flavors combine.
