Musrhrooms
Shallot/Onion finely diced
Garlic minced
Good tomato sauce/meat sauce
parmesan/romano

Stem the mushrooms
fine dice the stems and mix with the onion and cheese
Stuff the shells with the filling
place in an oven proof dish ladle sauce into the dish (about 1/4 up the mushrooms)
place in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes or so until tops are golden and mushrooms are cooked through
