1 32oz Velveeta Queso Blanco block
2 10oz Rotel Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies cans
1/3 cup Milk
1 tbsp butter
Optional cooked chorizo, slice poblano, sliced onion cooked


Set your Bradley smoker to 250 (use sage or sweet wood)
Using the butter coat the bottom of the cast iron skillet and add the block of Velveeta cheese.
Set a timer for 60 minutes and stir (the cheese should be mostly melted by this time)
Set another timer for 30 minutes, now add the 2 cans of rotel ,milk and optional ingredients. Stir and place back into the smoker for 30 minutes.
