4 sticks butter
1 bottle of Franks hot sauce
2 pints of cherry tomatoes cut in half or 3 lb plum quartered (or some other tomato in good size bites)
1 whole garlic (roasted or fresh), crushed
2 lbs XL shrimp peeled and deveined

This is alot of butter you can scale back and cut with some olive oil.

Mix together melted butter garlic 8-10 oz of Franks hots sauce in a large baking dish
Layer tomatoes evenly across mixture
Roast in 375 oven until tomatoes are soft and slightly blackened - 45-60 minutes
Remove from oven layer shrimp across the tomatoes and drizzle some liquid over the shrimp.
Put back in oven until shrimp are cooked (2-3 min), watch closely
Serve with French Baguette or over pasta
