12 slices of prosciutto
2 lb of potatoes
1 onion
6 eggs
8 oz of Emmental cheese (in a block piece)
vegetable oil

1. Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes

2. Fry the onion and the potatoes for a few minutes in the boiling oil and drain them when they are golden

3. Then mix the eggs, potatoes and onion in a salad bowl

4. Cover a cake mould with the slices of prosciutto, allowing them to lay over the sides (you will fold them back over the top to cover, you want the entire loaf wrapped in the proscuitto) and then place the entire cheese piece in the center

5. Fill the mould with the preparation then fold the slices of raw proscuitto back over it

6. Bake 30 minutes 180c, demould

7. Let set 5 minutes, sliceand enjoy with some salad See Less
