2 TBSP Chili Powder
2 TBSP Cumin Powder
1/2 TBSP Garlic Powder
1 TBSP Onion Powder
1/2 tsp oregano (preferably Mexican)
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 TBSP Sea Salt (optional)
1/2 tsp ground pepper

Mix all ingredients together, can be stored 6 months.

To make tacos brown the beef/turkey with chopped onion and garlic. When done drain grease, add seasoning (to taste) and optional add fine diced jalapeno and 1/3 cup tomato sauce/water, simmer 5-10 minutes until the liquid is absorbed. If you its to liquid add a pinch of corn starch/wondra.
