Rough chop vegetable ingredients. Based on amount of ingredients adjust the amount of vinegar, generally 1 1/2-3 cups. Add ingredients to sauce pan and simmer about 30-60 minutes. Make sure vinegar does not evaporate. Ingredients should be soft when done. Puree in food processor and store. If you want to add an wood aged touch take some would chips (run water over till it runs clear) and add them to the sauce and let set for a month or two). See Click Here | |
