�2 cups of toasted manioc flour (or regular manioc toasted 2 minutes or so till lightly golden
�100g (about 5 slices) of bacon cut finely into dice
�2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
�1 large onion diced
1.Brown the finely chopped bacon in the oil.
2.Remove bacon and add onion and cook till soft/golden
3.Remove from the heat add bacon and stir in the manioc flour.
3.Mix until manioc flour absorbs all the bacon/onion and oil.
4.Serve warm or at room temperature.
