2 tablespoons Sriracha
2 teaspoons mayo
2 teaspoons sambal
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 cup finely diced sushi-grade raw tuna
2 teaspoons finely sliced scallions
Pinch chili powder
Dash hot sesame oil, or to taste
Salt and freshly cracked black pepper
For the spicy tuna: Combine the Sriracha, mayo, sambal and sesame oil in a medium glass bowl with a whisk. Once incorporated, fold in the tuna and scallions. Mix thoroughly. Add in the chili powder, hot sesame oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate until ready for use.
Fun Serving presentation. Make sushi rice form into balls/tots/nigiri and flash fry till brown on all sides (8-10 minutes) serve sushi on tots.
