1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
3/4 cup distilled white vinegar
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper
1 teaspoon iodized salt
1 teaspoon granulated white sugar
Using a rubber spatula or whisk, mix together the mayonnaise, vinegar, lemon juice, pepper, salt and sugar in a medium bowl. Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
Yields 8 2 oz servings, excellent on chicken to keep it from drying out while BBQing/smoking
