2 canned chipotle chiles in adobo�seeded and minced
2 large garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
In a large sturdy plastic bag, combine the chipotles, garlic, 2 tablespoons of the olive oil and the lime juice.
For fastest results, slice meat against grain and add it, this allows the marinade to thoroughly flavor the meat.Add meat and let marinade at least 30 minutes or overnight (if you aren't slicing first)
